Edit: The restaurant has apparently improved their service, and the food is now mostly consistent taste and quality. The quality has significantly declined, with noticeable inconsistency in taste, ingredients, and portion sizes. A prime example is the Triple Schezwan dish, which used to be a favorite. These days, it's a gamble. Sometimes it comes with paneer, other times with Manchurian, and the taste seems to change with each order. There's clearly a lack of standardization in the kitchen. Portion sizes are also wildly inconsistent. One day the to-go container is filled to the brim, and the next, it's barely half-full. It makes it really difficult to know how much to order, or what to expect. As someone who has visited multiple Honest locations across the country, I can confidently say this branch offers the poorest service and quality.
